The Human Resources Department manages and supports the approximately 2100 employees of the city and various municipal businesses. We are an important point of contact for employees and also see ourselves as a service provider for our departments. A partnership-based relationship is very important to us, both with employees and with management.

We support our specialist departments in searching for and the supporting of employees as they are very valuable for our work in the service of the entire population as well as carrying out the tasks of the Administration.
